The Docket Department of the Workers' Compensation Court of Existing Claims is responsible for preparing Court claims for trials and prehearing conferences pursuant to the direction of the Court's judges as well as the Court Administrator. In May 2009, the Court began collecting e-mail addresses of attorneys to transition the sending of Docket Hearing Notices primarily by electronic means. This process improves the timeliness for which parties receive Court hearing notices.
